Soul Yoga combines the fluidity of Vinjasa yoga with elements inspired by free movement. This unique class is designed to uplift your mood, awaken your body, and leave you feeling grounded and revitalized. Morning Bliss is a more traditional approach with Hatha Yoga to help you awaken and tune into your day. HiiT and Flow Yoga is a powerful, high energy class to get your blood flowing and the sweat dripping, finishing off with a soft flow and deep stretches. Rest, regenerate and time to contemplate with Restorative Yoga.

Flow dance is a remembering – a soft return to the language of the body. This is a guided movement tour, from the ground to the sky, an inner parkour. Using descriptive imagery, we gently awaken the body.
Through Higher Consciousness Movement: we create a balance between the inner being and the outer person.

Meditation is a central tool for cultivating inner peace and balance. It allows us to connect with more subtle energies and the information layers they carry. Contemplation, a reflective form of meditation, helps us access our inner knowing. Both meditation and contemplation will be woven into our daily activities, supporting a deeper connection to self and the world around us.

These inspirational cooking demonstrations will present simple ways of creating nourishing and delicious alternatives to traditional “dairy” such as plant-based milks, yogurts and cheese. You’ll learn the secrets to making fresh, well-balanced smoothies every time. Plus enjoy a tasting to experience the difference. Using whole ingredients supports both our health and the planet.

For those interested in transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle, we offer optional nutritional coaching, available individually or in small group formats. We’ll examine food through the lens of energetic impact, as a means of nourishment, and explore its role in supporting the body’s natural healing processes. You’ll be guided through practical steps, supportive habits, and mindset shifts to help you move toward a more vibrant, plant-based way of living.

Flow Dance is a wonderful way to be in touch with your own body, to feel yourself as a whole, to build fitness and energy and at the same time to feel joy and fun in dancing! Especially the improvisation part of the course invites you to let go of all tensions, to feel your own expression and joy in dancing. Vela is working with me to live a healthier lifestyle. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. Vela is teaching me about how food is to be used to give me the right nutrition to be the best me I can be. I am loosing weight, I feel more energetic and motivated. In Aliksey’s flow classes we explore the many possibilities our bodies can move. There are no rules or fixed positions, just general themes along which we organize our movements – and Aliksey is great in encouraging everyone to find their own individual body language. FlowDance with Aliksey is a great dance workout that allows a lot of freedom of movement. The class begins and ends on the floor with yoga elements. In between, cool music makes you sweat.

Join us for a half a day trip to Porto Novo, a stunning destination located within the Monte Conero National Park, just a scenic 50-minute drive away. Known for its crystal-clear waters and dramatic coastline, Porto Novo is home to some of the region’s most breathtaking beaches.
We’ll be heading to one of the beautiful beaches accessible by land (many others can only be reached by sea), where you can relax under the sun, swim in the turquoise waters, and take in the panoramic views of the Adriatic coast. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with nature.
