Flow Dance is a wonderful way to be in touch with your own body, to feel yourself as a whole, to build fitness and energy and at the same time to feel joy and fun in dancing! Especially the improvisation part of the course invites you to let go of all tensions, to feel your own expression and joy in dancing. In addition, an always motivated, enthusiastic and at the same time approachable great course leader Aliksey! I look forward to the flow every week, thank you for that!

Great dance workout..
FlowDance with Aliksey is a great dance workout that allows a lot of freedom of movement. The class begins and ends on the floor with yoga elements. In between, cool music makes you sweat.
